Strangenough Pictures drehte im Mai 2009 in Bremen einen Kurzfilm der Gegensätze. Die Kapelle unseres Vertrauens sorgte für den Soundtrack des Films und spielte auch als "The The's" mit.

"Betty B. & the The's" feierte Weltpremiere im Wettbewerb des 20. Kinofest Lünen (Lünen, 19.-22.11.2009), wurde dann bei Filmz (Mainz, 24.-29.11.2009) und 4. around the world in 14 films (Berlin, 27.11.-05.12.2009) gezeigt.
